To Catch A Rabbit – Helen Cadbury – Review

This is a great start to a new series by Helen Cadbury, with a wee twist – Sean Denton isn’t a DI but rather a police community support officer.
I enjoyed this book as an introduction to Sean and I look forward to seeing how his character develops. I warmed to him and felt sorry for him at the derision shown by police staff.
I really enjoyed the storyline – human trafficking and prostitution – to catch a rabbit showed that it can happen right under our noses and the impact on people’s lives is devastating.
I found the beginning of the book quite busy in terms of the introduction of so many different characters and to start with it was a little confusing trying to remember how they all connected. However I soon got to grips with it.
All in all a great start and I’m certainly looking forward to reading more by Helen, 3 stars from me 🙂
